Scottish Highlands Retreat
Scottish Highlands Retreat
May 27th - June 3rd, 2026
Take a journey into the wild beauty of the Scottish highlands, merging stillness, relaxation, and camaraderie with adventure and wonder. Open to even the most beginner yogis, our retreats offer a space to reconnect with yourself, meet new, like-minded souls, and explore the beautiful world we live in.
Our retreats are all inclusive. You simply need to buy a plane ticket, pack a bag, and join us for one of the most memorable experiences of your life.
Where time slows down, history runs deep, and nature takes center stage
Visit Loch Ness & Urquhart Castle
Take a relaxing and scenic boat ride on the infamous Loch Ness and look for Nessie in the cool, blue waters. Explore the historic Urquhart Castle & learn of its turbulent past.
White Water Rafting
Take a fun spin on the River Spey with a easy Grade 2 rapids (suitable for kids as young as age 6; not dangerous and more relaxing than exhilarating) followed by an evening at the Old Bridge Inn, a classic style Scottish pub.
E-Bike through Cairngorms National Park
Explore the UK’s largest National Park via e-bike (as well as some optional day hikes) and soak in the immense beauty, spaciousness, and air that feels impossibly fresh. Peaceful, remote, and grounding, our lodging sits at the seat of the National Park.
Simply show up; we’ll take care of the rest
Lodging
Choose between private or shared rooms. Couples welcome; see our couples rates below. We welcome both men and women to join us on our retreats, although historically our retreats have been mostly women.
Prepared Meals
All meals at the house are lovingly prepared by our sweet chef Anita.
Most meals (except for just a few) are included. Seated breakfast, dinner, and a traditional afternoon tea are provided for our Scotland experience.
Yoga & Group Offerings
Daily yoga & meditation are a core component of our retreats, as well as our cacao ceremonies. Connection is a sacred part of the experience. Learn, share, and grow just as much from the group as from the offerings themselves.
Surround yourself with mountains, lochs, and endless sky, immersing deeply in the healing vibration of Mother Earth
Immerse
Our lodging is situated at the seat of the Cairngorms National Park. We’ll explore this beautiful part of the Scottish Highlands via foot, bike, boat, and float.
Connect
Our beloved cacao ceremonies offer an opportunity for deep reflection, peace, and belonging. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form, mixed with only hot water and sugar. We sip in community, experience a guided meditation, and sharing circle to foster inner growth and deep connection.
Be
Take time away from daily life to pause, reflect, and reset your mind, body, and spirit. Our retreats offer a space to simply be, without any stress or worries of ordinary life. Recharge and reconnect, returning home with a peaceful spirit, full heart, and quieter mind.
Previous Retreat Feedback
“Fabulous trip and a grateful experience. Everything was planned out perfectly. Food was great, yoga was enjoyable, women were amazing. Iceland is absolutely stunning. 10 out of 10.”

“I just returned from the best yoga retreat with Erica and a group of fantastic, funny, smart and genuine women. The yoga and guided mediation & journaling was meaningful because of Erica’s gifted perception and spirit. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable with lots of space for participants to have privacy, indoors and outdoors. The meals were nutritious, with options for specific dietary needs. It was more than I could have imagined. Honestly the most fulfilling and magical yoga retreat I’ve ever been on.”

“Erica hosted a fabulous retreat! I felt so well taken care of the entire trip. The retreat was well balanced with yoga and exploring Costa Rica. I highly recommend and can’t wait for the next retreat! The retreat was fantastic! Erica was so organized and her energy calm. She has a special gift. I’m glad I could be a part of the experience!

Step 2: Book your plane ticket. You will need to fly into Edinburgh Airport. You will likely leave the United States on 5/26 to arrive on 5/27. There are many options to get to Scotland on many different airlines and at many different times and price points.
The retreat includes transportation to the house, departing from Edinburgh airport at 1pm. If you do not arrive before 1pm on 5/27, you have the option to take the train to the house. Please note the train leaves at 7pm, giving you an arrival time of approximately 10pm to the house. The train station is a 5 minute walk to the house. Because of the daylight hours, it will only be shortly after sunset if you arrive via train at 10pm. If you opt to take the train you will be sent the exact ticket information you need.
The return to the airport is scheduled for arriving at 1:30pm on June 3rd. Please choose a flight that leaves at 4:30pm or later on June 3rd. If you choose a flight that leaves earlier than that time, you’ll have to take the train to the airport, possibly on 6/2. The trains leave our town at 6:30am, 9:45am, 1:51pm, 4:44pm, and 9pm. If you leave a day early, you can stay at an airport hotel before flying out the next morning. DoubleTree by Hilton is a two minute walk from the airport.
