IN STUDIO YOGA CLASSES

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED for all in studio classes 90 minutes before class start time.

Sign up for classes below. You will have to create an account and sign a waiver for your first class only. After that, sign up is very easy! Just click register :)

Please read all class descriptions to determine what is the best class for you. You might be interested in more than one style! A well rounded yoga practice includes more than one discipline of yoga. The benefits of this are many for the mind, the body, and the spirit.

We love helping you step outside of your comfort zone and try something new! If you are taking your very first yoga class with us, let us know!

Class Descriptions:

Strong Vinyasa:

This is a flow style yoga. This class is for you if you have taken yoga before or if you are already physically fit. This class will focus on strength, stretching, and endurance. Class will end with 10-15 minutes of slower poses & deeper stretches before final resting pose.

Sweet & Sweaty:

Beginners welcome. Slow & strong style vinyasa in a warmed (80 degrees) room, perfect to get a little sweaty, increase circulation, warm, stretch, and strengthen the muscles. No case of the Mondays possible after this class! Bring a towel & water. Please arrive hydrated.

Vinyasa Foundations:

Learn the fundamentals of vinyasa flow. This class will help you stretch your body well and support you in slowly increasing your physical strength, especially of your legs, arms, and shoulders. Everything is always optional & modifications are offered. Poses are held for 3-10 breaths, depending on the pose. The class ends with a few longer held poses before final resting pose.

Yoga Pump:

Get past hump day with this heart pumping, booty bumping, calisthenics infused strong yoga class! You’ll increase strength, stamina, and flexibility & forget about your week for at least an hour ;) Bring a towel & water. Brave beginners welcome! Please arrive hydrated.

Restorative Yoga:

Beginners welcome. This class is focused on helping your mind, body, spirit, and most especially - your nervous system - relax. It is intended to release deep physical and emtional tension and stress. This class is for you if you need to rest, relax, and reset in a positive and healthy way. There is no physical strength involved. This class is by candlelight.

Chakra Cleanse:

Take a cleansing journey through your seven main chakras with this powerful chakra class. This class will focus on moving through the chakras to cleanse and activate each one. Class ends with a longer shavasana to allow tie to access the crown chakra. Come enjoy this chakra cleanse with us!

Ashtanga:

An hour of learning the foundations poses of Ashtanga with a creative Vinyasa flow. Use the breath to focus the mind and the activation of he core to ignite the inner fire. This is an all-levels class to invoke power and inspiration. You can expect hands-on adjustments, modifications, lots of sweat, ad the building of your confidence, no matter your skill level. This is a learning environment with no room for judgement.

Gentle Stretch:

Beginners welcome. All of the poses are seated, so there is no transition between standing to seated except for the very beginning of class (we start with a gentle joint opening series that is standing before we move to the floor for all seated poses). We move slowly and gently. Poses are held for around 30-60 seconds with longer holds towards the end of class. **This class is currently only offered as a private class. Click here to schedule.

Flow & Restore:

Enjoy a half hour of flow style yoga followed by a half hour of restorative yoga. Allow the body and mind to get in some movement before deeply resting. This is a favorite offering! **This class is currently only offered as a private class. Click here to schedule.

Yin Yoga:

Beginners welcome. Yin is a specialized form of yoga that focuses on helping the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body release stuck energy. Yin poses are designed to help clear the meridian lines through the body. All poses (except for 2, which aren’t in every class), are seated or lying on the floor. The poses are held for 3-5 minutes. This allows plenty of time for the connective tissues to stretch and release stress. **This class is currently only offered as a private class. Click here to schedule.

Yocao:

Half hour foundational vinyasa followed by a cacao ceremony and guided meditation. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form, mixed with water & organic sugar. Cacao helps open the heart, increase intuition, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system. **This class is currently only offered as a private class. Click here to schedule.

Yoga for Trauma:

This is a specific style of yoga for those who have been impacted by any type of trauma, whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, at any point in life (childhood trauma, intimate partner trauma, adult child trauma, situational trauma) for any length of time (single occurrence, continued and ongoing trauma, previous trauma). This form of yoga is gentle in nature although it can include strengthening postures and is tailored to the individual dependent upon their experiences and needs. Yoga for Trauma also pairs well with Reiki, which helps release some of the energetic imprint of the traumatic experience(s). Reiki can be provided, if desired, as a hover or a light touch. **This class is currently only offered as a private class. Click here to schedule.
