Welcome! Erica Onofrio, owner of Soul Dreams Studio, offers several options for Reiki sessions, both in person and distance. In studio sessions are offered at our studio space in Ocean City, NJ, located at 801 Asbury Ave, Suite 311, above The Shoppes at The Asbury (the old crown bank building). Find us on the 3rd floor!

The schedule and online booking gives you two options: In Studio or Virtual. If you need an In Home session for someone unable to travel, please contact me directly at info@souldreamsstudio.com.

Let’s Dig In Soul Session (Virtual - Worldwide)

A Let’s Dig In Soul Session combines Reiki and an Intuitive Reading

• Remove stuck and heavy energy

• Clear your chakras and balance your energy field

How it works:

We’ll start with a brief phone call to get clear on your exact intentions for your energy healing and reading. You may choose up to four major questions/intentions to focus on for your session. If you aren’t sure exactly what you need or how to choose these intentions, we can figure that out together when we chat.

Following the initial phone call, you’'ll receive a one hour distance Reiki session. You can choose to lay down at home, in your car, a park, the beach, or anywhere else you’ll feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed.

After your distance Reiki session, you’ll call in to receive your reading and be given space to chat about your experiences, your life, aspects of the intentions we set and ask any questions you may have. The reading can often highlight things that may have been going on in your subconscious mind and uncovering these false or limiting beliefs can be highly beneficial in helping you have an overall better experience of life. This part of the session usually takes between 25-60 minutes.

This phone call is recorded and shared with you. You’ll be sent an email with your recording and instructions for any homework that arose during your reading.

Please note, while this session is virtual, the reading and energy clearing are just as powerful as an in person Reiki session.

These sessions affect everyone differently depending on where you currently are in your life journey. While some will find one session life changing, others will need a few sessions to get back on track towards living an authentic life. Recommendations for follow up sessions or other offerings will be given if the need is present. It is ultimately your decision whether to continue with any additional sessions or offerings.

Just Reiki (Virtual - Worldwide)

A Just Reiki Session

• Provides a total energy reset

• Includes chakra balancing and energy field clearing

• Is perfect for those needing an energy “tune up” but without a deep reading

We’ll begin with a brief phone call to set your intentions followed by a distance Reiki session. Following the session, we’ll end with a brief phone call to check in on you, see how your experience went, and share any observations from your energy field. Please note that this is not a full reading of the energy field and will not provide anywhere near the same level of information as the reading in the Let’s Dig In Soul Session.

Distance sessions are just as powerful as an in person Reiki session. Virtual sessions allow me to share this beautiful healing modality with folks all around the world!

Let’s Dig In Soul Session (In Studio)

How it works:

All sessions are done fully clothed with only the shoes removed. You may choose up to four major questions/intentions to focus on for your session. If you aren’t sure exactly what you need or how to choose these intentions, we can figure that out together.

Please refrain from wearing any perfumes, oils, or jewelry to your appointment. Dress comfortably and drink extra water the day before and the day of your session.

Your total session time is approximately two hours. This allows for the initial chat, reiki healing, and discussion of the intuitive reading.

Just Reiki Session (In Studio)

• Is perfect for those needing an energy “tune up” but without a deep reading

We’ll begin with a brief chat to set your intentions followed by a just Reiki session. Following the session, we’ll end with a brief chat to discuss your experience and share any observations from your energy field. Please note that this is not a full reading of the energy field and will not provide anywhere near the same level of information as the reading in the Let’s Dig In Soul Session.

Please plan to spend around 90 minutes in the studio in total to allow time for initial chat, Reiki, and follow up chat.
