To Utilize Airport Transport:
Your flight must arrive to San Jose International Airport (SJO) by 2pm on 3/18/26. Some guests may plan to arrive earlier than the 18th. We will connect for pickup if you arrive to Costa Rica a day or more early.
We will depart the house by 8am on 3/23/26 to return to SJO airport. Please plan a flight that will depart at 11:30am or later. The airport is approximately 90 minutes drive from the house.
If you book flights outside of these times, you will have to pay for transportation on your own.
We will offer suggested flights to meet these time slots.
Please be mindful of transfer times for flights that have a layover. You will need enough time to move from one plane to another, and, when returning to the country, to make your way through immigration and customs before boarding your next flight.
No one says at the end, “I wish I took less trips.” Take the trip. See the world. Meet yourself.
Meet Your Host
Erica Onofrio has been traveling the world since the age of 16. In 2023, she began hosting yoga retreats, the first of which took place in Costa Rica.
Since then, she’s returned to Costa Rica every year to soak up the warmth and sunshine, enjoy the absolute best food made by a fantastic chef, and share the magic of bioluminescence, camaraderie of retreat goers, and the deep reset that comes from taking a much needed break from the busyness of life.
Costa Rica Details and Q &A
All meals in Costa Rica are included. We enjoy breakfast and dinner together at a large outdoor table with ocean breezes. Lunch is served buffet style to be eaten when and wherever you prefer.
All of our meals in Costa Rica are made by our fantastic local chef, Marcella, who is also a nutritionist. Marcella can accommodate any dietary needs. Your retreat host, Erica, needs to follow a gluten and dairy free diet so please do not let food concerns be a barrier to attending!
All yoga offered is accessible. The style of yoga taught is adaptable to even the newest beginner or those with injuries. Chair yoga is also an option! A lot of our attendees are actually not regular yogis, but some return home and start a consistent practice!
What is cacao? Cacao is simply chocolate in its most pure state! We enjoy ceremonial cacao, a guided meditation, guided journaling, and a sharing circle to foster inner growth and camaraderie. Read more about our cacao here.
